      1. Returns

      MyCatsHome, aims to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

      1.1 Return Period

      You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

      1.2 Return Process

      To initiate a return, please email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with specific return instructions.

      1.3 Exceptions

      Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please ask us before you attempt to return these items.

      2. Refunds

      Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

      If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

      2.1 Shipping Costs

      You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

      3. Subscription Cancellations

      For our subscription services, you can cancel at any time by logging into your account or contacting our customer service team. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the subscription benefits until the end of your current billing period.

      If you cancel within the first 14 days of your subscription (our "cooling off period"), you will receive a full refund of the subscription fee. After this period, we do not provide refunds for the current billing period, but you will not be charged for future billing periods.

      4. Damaged or Defective Items

      If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, which may include providing a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.

      5. Late or Missing Refunds

      If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at [email protected].

      6. Sale Items

      Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Unless the sale item is found to be defective or damaged.

      7. Exchanges

      We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and we will provide you with instructions.
